When required, what we need from you:
Your institution will need to provide a contact that can help us setup SSO. This is usually an IT administrator of some kind. You can introduce us to this person or just send along their contact information. We'll need their name and email address.
We primarily support SAML integrations, but other methods may be available upon request.
We use email address as the unique identifier.
What you can expect from us:
Once we have received the SSO admin's contact information, we will start the SSO setup process on our side and send the admin a link so they can complete the SSO setup for your institution.
When that is complete the admin can test the connection and then we will need to finalize it on our end.
We will meet with technical contacts as requested / required to finalize set-up.
