Now that you have purchased Steppingblocks, you will want to be sure to train your faculty and staff that will have access to the platform on how to use it, what the product can do, and how they can start to use the platform for their own office’s mission and goals. We recommend hitting the ground running in the first month of gaining access to Steppingblocks to be sure your campus offices are using the product. In order to do this you will need to do a few things for us!
Share a list of people and offices that will have access to the platform and send that to our Partner Success Team. These lists should include all admins of the platform, product owners, and end users. For information on granting access to Graduate Insights and/or Digital Career Counselor, click here.
Share a list of initial thoughts/goals/missions of each office you provide access to.
Once we have these lists we will then work together to schedule virtual training sessions that our Partner Success Team will facilitate. These virtual training sessions will be designed by our team to meet the parameters of how each of your offices/teams wants to leverage the Steppingblocks tools.
In these Virtual Training Sessions you can expect the following from us:
Hour-long time blocks with your team by product and by role
We recommend scaling the trainings to include all relevant participants in one calendar event.
This hour will include plenty of time for your team to ask any questions you may have.
We will generate recorded demos of the platforms, as well as any other relevant training materials which will be available to you online.
