One-page snapshots of your graduate outcomes data can be a great tool with a variety of use cases. As you’re exploring your graduate outcomes data within Graduate Insights, it’s important to share the data with different stakeholders. By creating one-page snapshots of your graduate outcomes data, you can highlight the successes of your graduates in an easy-to-understand format for both internal and external stakeholders.

Internal Stakeholders

For stakeholders across campus and across multiple offices and units, snapshots can be a great internal document that…

  • Create buy-in as you introduce the platform to staff and faculty on campus

  • Encourages folks to login to the platform and explore the data

  • Showcases the power of Steppingblocks data to faculty and staff

  • Encourages faculty and staff to leverage the data for their own unique needs

  • Makes the plethora of data housed within the platform less daunting, and more accessible to staff and faculty across campus

External Stakeholders

Snapshots are also a great external tool, and can be used to…

  • Showcase alumni outcomes to prospective students and families to drive enrollment and recruitment of students

  • Spark conversation with your university’s top employers and to continue to build connections with those who hire your graduates

  • Enhance advising and other conversations with current students, to show them where their degree can lead them

And many more!

We have seen great success from our partners that currently utilize this strategy, and develop their own one-page snapshot reports for their own internal and external goals and strategies. We highly recommend exploring the data, and creating snapshots to share on your campus!
