A highly effective way to increase student engagement with the Digital Career Counselor on campus is to integrate it into classroom activities. Having a staff member guide students through the tool, providing intentional support as they explore potential majors and career paths, empowers students with valuable insights to make informed decisions about their futures.
At Florida International University (FIU), the Digital Career Counselor was fully integrated into their "Discover Your Major" course as a tool to support students in their exploration. Similarly, Georgia College & State University has incorporated the Digital Career Counselor into their First Year Seminar course, providing students with personalized data to guide their academic and career decision-making from the start of their college experience.
