When required, what we need from you:

  • You will provide a technical contact for us to connect with to discuss metadata exchange. Our team will email your IT contact with SSO metadata documentation. Your IT department will need to respond with your metadata documentation.

  • We primarily support SAML integrations, but other methods may be available upon request.

  • We always need firstName, lastName and email (exact spelling and casing) to be included in the metadata.

What you can expect from us:

  • We need for you to provide contact information for the designated Application Admin launching the Student Platform. Initially, this is often a Career Services representative and a relevant IT contact for setting up the SSO.

  • We will meet with technical contacts as requested / required to finalize set-up.
